internet vs traditional classes

There aren't any programs locally for what I want to do. There's a "Pre-Health Information Management," but it doesn't qualify you to sit for any exams (an associate's program qualifies you to sit for the RHIT); its just a bunch of electives. I guess they think you'll pick up the actual health informatics part in a 4-year school? I dunno...

Anyway, scheduling would also be an issue. Now that I've gotten my arrest record expunged (awesome!), I'm looking for a job--any job. The internet classes appeal to me b/c I could master the new material at my own pace and I wouldn't have to worry about scheduling conflicts.
