I am glad your symptoms are under control. BTW, I have trouble figuring out what to say when, and muddle things royally quite often. I just keep trying. Hopefully, somewhere, intention counts for something.
It's been about 5 years since I've worked. I hope your co-workers recognize what seems like the value you place on what (as it seems to me) is a job well done :D.
