Is it Valentine's Day? My husband and I had the very worst fight of our marriage on this day about 20 years ago. We are not traditional sentimentalists, so we'd refer to it as the St. Valentine's Day
Massacre. The real event took place in Chicago, I believe. Jeez, what is the name of the old black and white film? I
don't think it was James Cagney...?For a light take on the event, Billy
Wilder's "Some Like It Hot" features the massacre as a screwball complication.(Yes, obscure and boring. Back to the scheduled program....)
