>I am glad you have the Seroquel. You know, when I suffer from anxiety it seems like it comes from nowhere ... just out of the blue. But I get it under control (usually need a med) and I can look back on my day and see how, why and when my anxiety happened. Then I journal. I do this so that if I find myself in a similiar situation, there will be less of a chance of feeling anxious in that situation.
