Wow, it helps so much! I will do the stretches for sure because I know things like that can help.

I am reluctant to buy a brace from the pharmacy. I would prefer if my doctor would prescribe one. I know they are much, much expensive when prescribed (because I would go to a specialty store) but they usually fit better.

And tip about stepping on them makes a lot of sense.
