Yeah, I decided to freeze it because it would be easier to carry and also because there isn't enough room in the fridge for two lasagnas.

I just had a slice of the pie. It's good, but I think the first pies with real pumpkins were better. I like my pumpkin pie cold, so I will put them in the fridge, maybe that will make them better. The first pies were sweeter. I think the sugar pumpkins made the difference. I did make the topping tastier though. I added a bit more butter and now it is so good. Overall it is still an excellent pie.

I'm definitely looking into buying more sugar pumpkins.
