One of my sons recently went to the beach for senior week. This is the time highschool seniors and some alumni head to the beach for ~7 days of insanity. They run amuck at all hours, are out of money halfway thru the trip and have to use "survival skills", sleep in hallways, closets on top of beer cans, wreak havoc where ever they go and generally make a nuisance of themselves for the local authorities.
As a parent I just grit my teeth for the week and hoped he'd make it home alive (he did), and tried to contain the slight bit of jealousy I felt when I saw the devilish grin on his face when he got back ;-)
