I'd recently begun a diff' generic thyroid supplement for hypothyroidism which was nearly the same color as Flexeril. For a period of time I kept noticing at the end of the day, I'd have mistakenly taken a Flexeril thinking it was my morning thyroid tab, and the thyroid tab. and Xtra alprazolams were in my container!
I've been on thyroid for so many yrs.
I am not taking thyr supp and I have very little anxiety?!

It's been about a month, maybe more, w/o thyroid and my anxiety is so much less, it's crazy! There have been circumstances that would provoke anyone to feel anxious for which I still have. I'm in the eye of a situation which is stressful and somewhat frightening lately but all my multiple calls for a sleep aid have gone unheeded, so use for sleep, which I know is not what xx or any benzo is for treating, but no choice.
The remaining alprazolam in my container at the end of the day were usually the regular 2mgalprazolam.
Ive been on both the regular and the extended release for the undercurrent.
Usually the regular were still there, so I was prob' still taking a few 1mg extended release, but not the 2mg regular.
My reason for posting is my chronic fatigue is worsening; no help in the form of human contact.
