Where were you yesterday, Phil?I was at my shrinks office. I'm having problems with one of my bipolar meds and have been in the hospital. Two months ago I was in a psych unit after a suicide attempt.
You know, my son in law is bipolar and has a tough time with it. No one to talk to about it that understands.

I'm 56 and have been on meds 25 years. I'm too old to give a rats *ss what others think.
I'm not going to heap shame on myself for an illness I really didn't want.
