believe me, whew! man i've been through peak's a deep depression doctor's don't know what do.....first step in mastering the mind, if they don't care, they don't care, i'm always ready. because are they going to benefit from not caring....from something else, that's why survival, is, you have to know every aspect of who is going to push buttons, get ready for anything. Just quick advice.
But knowing you, change, it's a season/s, it will pass, don't obsess about it. I do the same on other things.
