When Nursing many times when in charge had to say no to doctors funny thing is they learned to respect me once I said no and then treated me as a contemorary. Funny as even now since doing ebay it's amazing what some buyers do have had goods shipped in perfect condition as we get all our stuff from the high dollar mall and have friends there. They complain ink or I remember a Down coat someone wanted money back for as said the down came through high quality item. And ebay supports the buyers no way to win those. Phillipa
