I'm not a doctor but to me it's imperitive that you see a doc and get on meds as soon as you can. Can't diagnose you but sound paranoid, and the ups and downs do sound bipolar and that doesn't mean you will be locked up. I'd suggest you post this on the medication board. And what age bracket? Phillipa
