I inquired about DBT today only to find out there is NO DBT in Ottawa at all! :-(
There used to be one DBT program and it was for inpatients at the psych hospital, but they got rid of the program.
My only hope is therapy with pdoc. The is the best I've got. Mental health services in Ottawa sucks.
What am I supposed to do when there is no DBT?
I want DBT. BirdSong is right, it is helpful for all types of borderline behaviours and I have a lot of them.
But there is no DBT!
