Thanks you guys, I hadn't thought of that. When I go to the doctor tomorrow I'll ask her about that.
I went and laid down, and had a dream about not being able to move, even though I had things I wanted to do. I guess that's an accurate description of how I feel.
I happened to think, I think I may be pre-menstral (however you spell that) as well, which sometimes causes a crying fit, although I don't know about the pit of depression. I was starting to feel bad last night, so I went out and bought Finding Nemo because for some reason that movie always makes me feel better when I'm down, but I haven't watched it yet. I think I'll watch it now.
