Thanks for chatting and replying to my post Sigismund. You have this I dunno how to describe, but like detached and full of wisdom way of looking at things.
It seems to de-escalate things.
I think I am OK now. I think I was triggered.
Anyways, I am definitely NOT going to OD, even mini OD. I just thought of it and it was scary, but thinking about it for a while does not mean I have to do it.
