Deneb, you're also under a lot of stress right now, with your job and all. I remember you said your pdoc wasn't going to reduce your meds at this time, but maybe you need to increase some short term? It would be worth talking to her about it.

A lot of times when there is stress in my life, I feel like I'm handling it ok when I'm really not deep down, and it seeps out and bubbles up elsewhere. I think it's important for you to take special care of yourself at this time. Healthy but not excessive exercise, healthy but not extreme diet, making sure you're sleeping enough, and checking in with your pdoc about meds are all ways you can take good care of yourself.
