It was a nice quiet --uneventful day---just like I wanted. I don't know how Dinah remembers all the Birthdays---but the well wishes are much appreciated---even though they only confirm that there are a lot of nuts here! It's a pleasure being associated with so many wonderful folks. Coincidentally---this month also marks my one year anniversary from being off all psych meds---I feel pretty good about it(knock on wood).
