Jeez Pat - I'm sorry. It sounds really uncomfortable.
But surely your neighbours must know what he's like??
It must be awful knowing that he's saying that! I think I'd feel pretty mad - or feel defeated....one or the other.
I hope your neighbours go by what they know of the situation.
