I've had two. You like down on a bed type thing and it glides back into the machine itself. Kinda like a little tunnel. When I had mine, 2001, it was noisy, like a washing machine. It does take awhile.
You must be very, very still. They will talk to you occasionally. It can be claustrophobic, but not bad.Pat
