I'm glad you feel comfortable posting & I'm sure you'll get some feedback. The thing is this:
the place for your post is on the "Psychology" board. I'll let the Administration know, so that they can move your post & that way you'll be way more likely to get good feedback.
It sounds like you've got a good relationship with your T. I'm glad to hear that & so very sorry to hear about your childhood abuse.
