No, not really feeling any better. In fact, the night I posted this, I made an effort to do something to help myself feel better and it backfired in a big way. Went to Target and who did I run into but my ex and his boyfriend. Had never met the boyfriend before and this wasn't exactly the ideal way for it to happen. I looked about as crappy as I possibly can look. Ugghh.
Note to self: Next time self-help requires leaving the house, don't bother!
