Just wanted to let people know without having to go to Health.
I got the results of the ultrasound & there's a small cyst on my right ovary, which they say is 'not significant' & to have another U-sound done in 3 -4 months.
Boy, did I ever take things to the "nth degree". Makes me realize how powerful a thing my mind is.
Was going to say "our mind" - but several months of Group Therapy has me switching from "you", "we", "our" to "I", "I" and "my"!!!
When I say the first ones I HEAR the therapist say "I" (or the others). She has to do it very often & I find it really interesting! It now drives me nuts when my husband generalizes or says "you" this or "you" that. Sometimes I'll say, "Oh, do I???" 'cuz it feels like he's telling me what I think!!!!
