Yup, 6 weeks till due date.. 4 working days till maternity leave!! Yay!! 7 sweeeeeet months off work *giggles*
All is going OK.. I have the brainpower of squid with dementia at the moment, and totally obsessed with my ever growing (and moving!) bump *g* And very very achey.. I have some rather painful pelvic issues going on, and braxton hicks have really kicked in over the last week or so (and no one warned me they could be SO painful!), but all is well with the baby (which is a boy by the way!) and we're still all in line for the natural water birth I'm hoping for at the lovely midwife led centre at my hospital! (Learned a big difference betwen care here and the US is the fact I've not seen a doctor for the whole pregnancy, just midwives! Not even a nurse.. Must say, its lovely and very calm and nice)
I'll make sure to pop over when he arrives to share the news.. and a piccie ofcourse!
