I've been using Euphorbium Nasal Spray by a homeopathic company called "Heel". As well as "Sinusalia" - also a homeopathic preparation by Boiron. Usually that combination works pretty well. For the past couple of days, the air quality has been pretty bad (pollution) so maybe that's why they're particularly bad. Also, with our son living here right now, he smokes & although he goes outside to smoke, & washes his hands when he comes in, & even though he's mostly downstairs & I'm not, I'm still being exposed to smoke!****

It would be good to have something on hand for times like this when the T3 isn't doing the trick! It sounds like vicoprofen is an anti-inflammatory? It makes me wonder - maybe even ibuprofen would help. Or an ibuprofen along WITH the T3. I'm pretty sure I remember asking a pharmacist before if you could take ibuprofen with acetaminophen & being told yes.***
