I understand everybody has a right to change names and sometimes they really need to. But as a long-time poster, I build up my level of comfort for people who have been around awhile. I get a good sense of who they are. That can take years.
It's kinda like the "trust" thing. It takes time.
For some newbies and some constantly changing names, I find I have to approach with caution for a very long time. That is the only way I feel comfortable. That is just IMHO...and all that...and just truly the way I feel. It doesn't take away from anybody else, just explains why some of what you mention happens. Over time, I build up a bit of trust and even loyalty.FWIW...
