> all ways, 5fI am so sorry 5f....:-( . Right now, I am sorta in the same boat. Nothing is working. If there is anything, anything you can do to "hold the fort down" until the storm passes. And yes, I HATE ugly, bad, cruel weather too. I also hate how my mind seems to have taken over my body, and seems to want to shut it all down. I'll send a prayer for you, and just please stay safe, find some shelter, try not to listen to the "messages" in the mind too much. They are "tapes" written from the past being played over and over but don't belong there. Time to reprogram, put in some new "messages". (Do I sound like a real nut&@*(!, or like Shirley McLaine?...lol..) Hold on dear....hold on tight....
