a church is having a festival in my neighborhood and last night was the same was last year.......way above the allowable decibels for this town.....
i'm thinking that because it is a church they are getting some slack from the city. biggest church in town.
am i tacky? i think not. :-) last august there was a revival 7 blocks from my house and my pots and pans shook in the kitchen.
last night the festival goers started using our private driveway to cut through and everytime the tires hit the gravel my dogs barked. as if the music wasn't enough..my dogs got involved. Lita's little voice is extremely annoying.
i tied a garden hose from a tree to the corner and parked my truck from one tree to the other to keep the festive folks out of my driveway.
i feel pretty and will until that music starts. my neighbor thinks that she has a package of earplugs to give me.
cross your fingers......(tonight is going to be really loud as "Little Joe Familia?" is appearing.
