Well, first of all between trying to hook up my printer to my computer, and trying to hook up my DVD player to my TV (my cable and internet are together) I managed to screw up my internet. After fiddling around for longer than I'd like to admit, I finally got up and going, but its not the same browser I'm used to so its irritating.
Now that I've whined, I actually had some good things today. First of all, I went to the interview at that placement agency. It went well, but they didn't have any jobs that fit me at the moment. Its one of those things that's not something you would solely depend on to get a job, but its one more thing working for you, and every little bit helps.
The second thing is, weeks ago this guy called me about a managerial job. I didn't think it sounded like something I could possibly be qualified for, so I held off calling a few days. Then when I did call I never heard back from him. Well today he called and wants me to interview Monday or Tuesday! He apologized for not getting back to me for so long, but said they are still looking for someone if I'm interested. So we'll see how it goes!
Oh yeah, I called the lady from the University job and her voicemail said she was out until Tuesday, so that may be why I haven't heard anything yet. Keep your fingers crossed!!!
