I like caprioskas. Because I am a careful drinker (and usually only have one) it is important to make it strong enough to resist the temptation for more. Therefore I use
*3oz vodka
*One lime muggled (muggled? Bashed with the end of a rolling pin, but only use half the skin or it is too much)
*1 tsp palm sugar
*lots of ice
Shake in a cocktail thingamujig and pour into a glass.
Drink rapidly to enjoy the brief effect.
