they must trust you with a lot of responsibility, and think that you are very capable to be training you so intensely. I know there's a lot of stuff to remember, but just think-- if you couldn't DO the job, then they wouldn't have hired you. You only have to do the first day once, you know?*******
I'm glad you were able to use some of your self-soothing techniques to quiet down your bad feelings. Did you know that we were concerned about you on chat last night? We were thinking of you and wondered how your first day went. Thank you SO much for keeping us up to date :)I like your idea of wrapping up in a comforter and thinking comfy thoughts (of dr. bob! :) Many people only wish they had such effective coping mechanisms.
