I've really really sick!

Hi all.
I haven't been online in days. I'm terribly sick.
Think could be combo development of tolerance to either oxycodone or alprazolam, and a coinciding lung infection.
Picking up some supplements for the prior, and antibiotic for the latter tonight.
I am having rapidly recurring anxiety/panic attacks which are crippling. Chills, fever, abdominal probs', difficulty breathing, congestion, 'you name it', even felt a bit of heart pain this a.m.
I'm nursing trying to nurse self back to health on own so pls understand I've not been able to follow up a thread. Thoughts w/ all. Send me your good vibes pls?
