actually, i think they are quite similar aren't they? i don't claim to know a thign about yoga, but i think the couch isn't supposed to be used though :( does that make me lazy? i think the beers we drank had something to do with the cameras and the use of the couch.
also, if i do recall, i think it was picture time, as i was getting together with some friends i hadn't seen in quite a long time and i shouted 'ok, enough with the faces, let's really get our best assests here.' (that's kk speak for 'butt shots', which could be taken several ways actually :)
