Yeah, like mushy peas that you put on your fish 'n' chips, but cooled and congealed so you can spread it on ham sandwiches. I don't like it myself but my dad eats it nearly every day.
Steak 'n' kidney pie is very popular here. I used to love the taste of kidney when I was younger - I'd sometimes have a pair of fried kidneys with liver and onions. Now have you tried sheep's brains, oxtails and tongue? You must like a big curly cow's tongue? Yum, yum.... They was a bit of an outcry in the paper today about a top chef serving horse meat bought from France, but I can't figure out why eating a horse is any worse than eating a cow?
I love tortillas BTW.
