I posted a post on psychobabble board.
I dont know whats wrong with me, if i just had a major chemical imbalance, or if im having thouhts that are not mine or rare, please even thought most of you here dont listen to my posts, this i need some REAL help.
I took 3mg of Xanax last night, i dont know if im getting tolerant, Phillipa you said you take 20mg of Valium, .5mg of Xanax? at night
Listen i have been taking 2-3mg of Xanax at night to help me get to sleep because sometimes i get so, you know sometimes i dont need it, but i have taken it anyways, i feel fine, but last night Xanax didnt cut it.
Whats happening?
