Hey, this is a big thing with me. There was this tragedy, my brother is dying psychotic and paralysed in the next room, and he had Ophelia on a repeat play, and as he was talking to himself I heard Life is Sweet on the album, for hours.
It was really quite something, as you can imagine.
But speaking of Natalie Merchant, how about Motherland, just for grief?
And Eight Miles High, of course.
My favourite album is "Paris 1919", by John Cale. Cracks me up every time.
