... a very scary sound when you are surrounded by trees that are 30-50 years old. You hear it and look up to see where it's coming from. And you pray that the next tree branch to come down is not about to come crashing down on your car. On your house. On you. There's not really much time to get out of the way of a really big branch.
A young woman today was not so lucky. She was killed by a falling pine tree while out walking her dog.
The ice coating everything is so beautiful. And so dangerous.
