Don't mind if I join you, do ya? I've been wallowing for a while here, pretty much from Thanksgiving until now. A sinus infection laid me low during December. etc. etc. My yoga teacher moved out of state. I haven't lost any weight. (I think you'll see that I qualify for a guest pass to your party!!)
And wouldn't a peer support group, in conjunction with psychobabble, be such a wonderful thing?
