Saying you're upset is fine, Deneb. And I know you know how to do it, because you've done it before.
I've been horribly distressed from time to time, and the most important thing to remember, along with the fact that lots of people care about you, is that the worst feelings do pass. It might not feel like it at the time, but they do pass.
Is there something you can do to self comfort? I often cuddle on my daybed and watch TV when I'm upset. Sometimes I can will myself to sleep. Is your sister still around to provide you with distraction? I find distraction is very useful. Maybe *the* most important thing.
I'm sorry you're feeling badly, Deneb.
