Yeah,
I'm taking care of me okay.Well, I'm not really sure if taking a 45 minute walk last night in -12 c weather was "taking care of me".
it felt good at the time, though.

the big project today is to assemble a powerpoint presentation for a meeting tomorrow. It's going to be spectacular. Special effects, NC-17 rating, and an Oscar-worthy soundtrack.
