I'm sorry you've been feeling bad Linden......I'm in hiding (and not reading either, just skimming a little every few days or less... I only saw your thread and a couple of threads in Self Esteem) so I can't say much. I'm thinking good thoughts for you though,
I'm in goal setting mode. I like your goals you stated here :-)
I learnt the one about working and taking breaks a long time ago. So why don't I keep to it :-( Sorry for the ramble on your thread,
