Yeah my stuff emerged at 19,the severity began at 21 when i seen a docter and took my first drug,it went from bad,to terrifying.

I have lifted since 16,i adjusted my lifting now to my energy luckly late night i get surges and use that.

I just read this,i added ya,heading out the door now but email questions on any thing in particular about working out,it like this is never ending,u learn non stop,i remeber the day when id be in a heatlh shop talking hrs about protein shakes,and supplements,now i talk,or did about herbs etc for my mental state.


Its amazing how it just came on,effexor really agitated it though.

Anyway,thanks for swinging by,well talk.
