I honestly wouldn't know, I have never visited Rowanda. My observation is based on the 3rd world countries I have visited vs the developed countries I've seen. I'm not saying "all" the 3rd world is happier than "all" the developed by no means. Just my own opinon that in a select few I've noticed differences. One things for sure to a certain extent you will find people extreamly happy with their life all over the globe, as you will find sadness.
