I didn't say I liked Wham, just that it was memorable for the 80's. I didn't hate them though, "I want your Sex' was a pretty damn cool song.

But Billy Idol, "Dancing with yourself". How is that squeaky clean? I think they were just alot more subtle back then.

I think the superficial part of the 80's was 'bright colours and boppy people'. But deeper down was the coke crashes; remember '[I know this much is] True' - by Spandau Ballet? 'How Soon Is Now?' by The Smiths. 'Turning Japanese" by The Vapors...
...okay, I never really got that one. 'there's a rat, under my bed, and a little yellow man in my head'. What is that all about????
