Male and male puppy or female with a male?

Anyone know if a small dog toy poodle and a cookapoo puppy will get along and is it better to get a male for our male or a female. Teddy is neutered so no breeding but he's so jelous of anyone sharing us. We're going back today. So please respond ASAP Love Phillipa
