I have tried the regional bbq of many states across the south, and i have to say- prefer the slow cooked hickory smoke & seasonings of the NC style the best. Memphis is a distant second, in my opinion (Had to add that last statement. I know that bbq is closer to my heart than most political issues)
nothin' like some pork protein. mmm. And trying all the different sauces. And the potato salad. mmm.
