I think Dinah is absolutely correct.
Also, your recent adm. post made for some excellent insights, suggestions, ideas and the like from very caring and knowing posters. I could not add anyting to the messages of their heartfelt pouring out to you as to what resources, ideas and plans you probably need in order to find your way to wellness. Heeding the advice given in those posts might be the most difficult work of work of your life but may give you a life of the quality you desire.
