Goodmorning from me...I like just about all music from Monteverdi to almost Bizet, but really Mendelsohn, when the light of western optimism seemed to go out or be replaced by bombast....Speaking of Mendelsohn, I really like the Hebrides Overture, I think it is. Whenever I enjoy(ed) music all the hairs on my arms would stand up. Had a thing about Mozart's C Minor Mass.....almost any bloody mass, actually.......just loved masses, and almost any language I didn't understand, like sung German...it made me feel like I'd known something/someone incredibly beautiful who/that was gone forever.
