I never knew neuroscience was so cool. you made me laugh :)neuronal migration typically happens in the first 4 months of gestation (in humans). ALTHOUGH, there is recent evidence that new brain cells are created in adult humans. Perhaps most intriguingly, there are reports that prozac increases the production of new cells in rats. (I may have botched this, but I think that's the 6 o'clock news version of the study).
Animal models... Definitely Cheetahs. They are slim, athletic, and sexy and their fashion sense is classic, yet incredibly trendy.
