you do know what to say to people

sometimes it is about finding the confidence to say it
it is kind of putting yourself out there and sometimes people do disregard a post that took a lot of mental effort etc to compose
it gets easier with practice
but sometimes it is hard
sometimes i have no idea what to say...
i've lost it a lot in the past few months...
been off the ball quite a lot
can't find the words to say to people either...blocks took it out of me
shattered me
thats how i feel about themyou hang in there
