I was out with two friends today Phillipa. We walked around a mall and in a small park and went to dinner together. I didn't think that thinking about Dr. Bob might be my way of coping with stressful situations, but I think you're right.

Maybe I will think about Dr. Bob less when going out with friends becomes more natural to me.
